Returns Policy

At Redd's World Store, we strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policy below.

1. Made to Order Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made to order. We take great care in producing and handling each item to meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Returns: Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2.2 Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at store@reddsworld.com. Include your order number, photo/video of the defective or damaged item, and a detailed description of the issue.

3.2 Return Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs: If your return is approved due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4.2 Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5.2 Partial Refunds: Please note that partial refunds may be granted if items are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for made-to-order products. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original item (if applicable) and place a new order.
